Talent Week is an annual half-term event that celebrates young people’s talent and aspirations.

Talent Week provides a platform for ideas and inspiration, to encourage young people to realise their talents in the world of work

The event encompasses a range of activities in shopping centres over half terms showcasing career opportunities and engaging young people ages 13 – 21 and their families up and down the country.

Participation will help you:

  • Maximise footfall via a community-engaging event that will drive revenue in your centre
  • Involve your occupiers and customers, building customer involvement and loyalty
  • Increase dwell time in the shopping centre over the half term period

‘Shopping centres are the hub of our communities and Talent Week is a great opportunity to connect with our young people. We all have talent but, it’s finding a way to unlock that talent and inspire young people to explore their options and find the right path to a career. These young people are our customers of the future.’

Michael Green, Chief Executive of BCSC
